Each pen holds 4 weekly doses, so it lasts 28 days. Send your reorder questionnaire between day 21 and day 25 and your next pen arrives before the current one runs out. Your credit comes off at checkout.

With the credit applied, a 2.5mg repeat pen costs £110 instead of £130, a saving of £20.

When the credit runs out
Wallet credit lasts 25 days from your dispatch date. Reorder after day 25 and it expires, so you pay the standard price. Single 5mg pens are always £152. If you want to save on 5mg, the 2.5mg + 5mg Starter Bundle is the way to do it.

Your Mounjaro is dispensed via LillyDirect by our dispensing partner, Onescript. Before your order is sent to the pharmacy, please note:
- The dispensing, delivery and ancillaries (such as needles, wipes and a sharps bin) for your medicine are funded by Lilly.
- You may opt out of LillyDirect at any time, from your account or by contacting us. If you do, we will be unable to fulfil your prescriptions via LillyDirect and will not send any further prescriptions for you to Onescript via LillyDirect.
- Opting out of LillyDirect will not affect your access to treatment. You may continue to receive your medicine through alternative dispensing arrangements, as agreed with your prescriber.

Why is the wallet credit valid for only 25 days?
Each treatment pen covers a 4-week cycle (28 days). Reordering around day 21–25 lets our prescribing team review your progress and dispatch your medication before your current pen finishes, so there's no disruption to your treatment.
Can I switch between single pens and bundles?
Yes. You can start with a 2.5mg + 5mg Starter Bundle and later move to single pens with 25-day reorder credits, or continue on 2-month maintenance bundles.
Are consultations still required for reorders?
Yes. Patient safety is our highest standard. Every repeat order needs a brief online consultation form so our UK clinical team can review your dose tolerance, weight progress and ongoing suitability before approval.
How are my medications delivered to ensure safety?
All Mounjaro pens are shipped in temperature-monitored, cold-chain packaging by tracked delivery, keeping your medication between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit.
What happens if I miss the 25-day reorder window?
If you reorder after 25 days, the wallet credit expires and standard single-pen pricing applies. You'll still earn a new wallet reward on that order to use on your next timely repeat.
Can I transfer my existing Mounjaro prescription from another clinic?
Yes. Complete our online assessment and upload proof of your current prescription or pen box. Our clinical team will review your history so you can continue at the appropriate dose without starting over.
