1. Prepare the skin: Ensure the area is clean and dry. If skin is very oily or moist, adhesion may be reduced.
2. Cut or tear to size: Tear by hand or cut with clean scissors.
3. Apply: Place over the dressing edge or device fixation point. Smooth down gently from centre to edges.
4. Avoid over-tight application: Apply without stretching the tape to help reduce skin stress.
5. To remove: Peel back slowly, keeping the tape low and close to the skin while supporting the skin with your free hand. If needed, remove in the direction of hair growth.
