Preparation (per serving)

1. Add 200ml water into a shaker.
2. Add the full contents of one 57g sachet.
3. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until fully dissolved.
4. Drink immediately, or seal and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
5. If not finished straight away, re-shake before drinking.
