Preparation (microwave)

1. Add the sachet contents to a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add 150ml water.
3. Stir well until most powder is dissolved (oat pieces will remain).
4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
5. Stir and allow to cool to a suitable temperature before eating.
6. Add more water for a thinner texture if preferred.
7. Consume immediately.
