Alka-Seltzer Extra Strong 20 Tablets are fast-acting effervescent tablets designed to provide comprehensive relief from a range of mild to moderate symptoms, including headache, migraine, period pain, muscular aches and pains, fever, sore throat, cold- and flu-related aches, and digestive discomfort such as heartburn, indigestion and upset stomach.

This double-action formula combines three active ingredients — aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine — in a water-soluble, fizzing tablet that dissolves quickly, aiding rapid absorption into the bloodstream.

Alka-Seltzer’s effervescent delivery makes it easy to take and can help support symptom relief when you need it most, making it a useful addition to your household medicine cabinet for occasional discomfort and digestive irritation.

Pharmacy compliant usage instructions:

• Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Dissolve 2 tablets in a glass of water (approximately 150-200 ml) and drink once fully dissolved.
• If needed, you may repeat up to every 4 hours, but do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
• Only use for up to 3 days consecutively. If symptoms persist beyond this, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

Important administration notes:

• Do not swallow tablets whole — the effervescent form must be fully dissolved in water before drinking.
• Use with plenty of water.
• This product is intended for occasional use and not for long-term pain management without clinical supervision.
