Description
Allevia (Fexofenadine) 120 mg – 15 Tablets are an over-the-counter oral antihistamine medicine formulated for the symptomatic relief of hayfever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and allergic rhinitis symptoms in adults and children aged 12 years and over. Each tablet contains 120 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride, a second-generation non-drowsy antihistamine that works by blocking histamine receptors in the body, reducing the allergic response that causes symptoms such as sneezing, itchy or blocked nose and itchy, red and watery eyes.
Allevia starts to relieve symptoms within approximately 1 hour and provides up to 24 hours of relief with just one tablet per day. It is formulated to be non-drowsy in the majority of people, making it suitable for use when you need to remain alert during daily activities.
How to Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take one 120 mg tablet once daily, preferably with water before a meal.
