Always Ultra Day Normal with Wings (Size 1) – 13 pads are ultra-thin sanitary towels designed for daytime use on light to moderate flow days. They combine a slim, flexible feel with Always’ 3x protection system to help you stay comfortable and protected throughout the day.

1. Wash hands before and after changing your pad.
2. Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
3. Place the pad in the centre of your underwear and press firmly to secure.
4. Fold the wings around the underside of your underwear to help prevent movement.
5. Change regularly (typically every few hours, and whenever it feels wet or uncomfortable).

Disposal: Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or toilet tissue and place in a bin. Do not flush.
