Description
Always Ultra Duo Long Plus with Wings are ultra-thin sanitary towels designed for extra coverage on moderate to heavier flow days. The Long Plus shape provides added length for confidence on the go, while wings help keep the pad securely in place.
Built around Always’ protection technologies:
- InstantDry absorbs in seconds to help you feel dry and comfortable
- LeakGuard helps lock liquid in to reduce leaks
- OdourLock helps neutralise odours
Pack size: commonly sold as 22 pads for this variant.
How to Use
- Wash hands before and after changing your pad.
- Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
- Place the pad centrally in your underwear and press firmly to secure.
- Fold the wings around the underside of the underwear for a secure fit.
- Change regularly and whenever the pad feels wet or uncomfortable.
Disposal: Wrap the used pad in the wrapper or toilet tissue and place in a bin. Do not flush.
Ingredients
Sanitary towels are made from layered materials rather than “ingredients” like a cream or tablet. Always describes pads as typically including:
- Top sheet (soft, skin-contact layer)
- Absorbent core (includes absorbent materials to lock in fluid)
- Backsheet (moisture-proof layer to help keep fluid contained)
- Adhesives (to secure pad and wings)
- Odour-control layer/technology (varies by product)
For the exact materials for your specific pack, check the outer packaging.
Side Effects & Warnings
- For external use only. Single-use product.
- Change pads regularly and maintain good intimate hygiene.
- Stop use and seek advice if you develop persistent irritation, itching, rash, soreness, or swelling.
- Keep out of reach of children (packaging can pose a choking hazard).
Seek urgent medical advice if you feel suddenly very unwell during your period (for example high fever, faintness, vomiting, or a widespread rash), especially if symptoms worsen quickly.
