Always Ultra Duo Night with Wings sanitary towels are designed for overnight period protection, combining a slim, ultra-thin feel with added coverage to help you feel secure while you sleep. The Duo Night design provides extended night-time coverage with a wider/longer shape to help reduce leaks in different sleeping positions, while wings help keep the pad in place.

How to Use
- Wash hands before and after changing your pad.
- Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel away the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
- Place the pad in the centre of your underwear and press firmly to secure.
- Wrap the wings around the underside of the underwear to help keep the pad in place.
- Change regularly, including before bed and whenever the pad feels wet or uncomfortable.
Disposal: Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or tissue and place in a bin. Do not flush.
