Description
Always Ultra Duo Normal Plus with Wings sanitary towels are ultra-thin period pads designed for daytime protection with extra coverage compared with standard “Normal” pads. The Normal Plus length helps you feel more protected on moderate flow days, while wings help keep the pad securely in place in different underwear styles.

How to Use
- Wash hands before and after changing your pad.
- Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
- Place the pad centrally in your underwear and press firmly to secure.
- Fold the wings around the underside of the underwear to help prevent shifting.
- Change regularly and whenever the pad feels wet or uncomfortable.
Disposal: wrap the used pad in its wrapper or tissue and place in a bin. Do not flush.
