Always Ultra Long with Wings (Size 2) – 11 pads are ultra-thin sanitary towels designed for moderate flow day use, offering a longer pad shape for extra coverage plus wings for a secure fit.

How to Use
- Wash hands before and after changing your pad.
- Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel off the backing strip to expose the adhesive.
- Place the pad centrally in underwear and press firmly to secure.
- Fold the wings around the underside of the underwear to help prevent shifting.
- Change regularly, including before/after exercise and whenever the pad feels wet or uncomfortable.
Disposal: Wrap the used pad in the wrapper or toilet tissue and place in a bin. Do not flush.
