Aquamax Cream - 500g

Aquamax® Cream 500g is a rich, fragrance-free emollient moisturising cream designed to help manage dry, very dry and eczema-prone skin. It is suitable for a wide range of dry skin conditions including eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and ichthyosis, as well as everyday dryness caused by frequent washing or environmental factors.

Aquamax® Cream works by hydrating the skin and forming a protective barrier on the skin’s surface, helping to reduce moisture loss and restore skin softness and flexibility. With regular use, it helps to soothe itching, relieve irritation and improve overall skin comfort.

The cream can be used as a leave-on emollient and as a soap substitute, making it a versatile option for daily skincare routines. It is suitable for use on both the face and body, and for adults, children and infants. The large 500g size is ideal for long-term, frequent use and family skincare.

As a leave-on moisturiser:

• Apply generously to affected areas.
• Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as required.

As a soap substitute:

• Apply to wet skin instead of soap.
• Wash gently and rinse off with water.

For best results, apply regularly, especially after bathing or washing, while the skin is still slightly damp.

Gently pat the skin dry with a towel.

Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water.

Key Emollient Ingredients:

• Purified Water Ph. Eur. – base solvent.
• White Soft Paraffin BP – occlusive agent that helps prevent moisture loss.
• Liquid Paraffin Ph. Eur. – replenishes skin lipids and supports hydration.
• Cetostearyl Alcohol – skin conditioning agent.
• Polysorbate 60 – emulsifier.
• Phenoxyethanol – preservative.

Formulation features:

• SLS‑free, fragrance‑free, lanolin‑free, paraben‑free and gentle on sensitive skin. 

Important Safety Information:

• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• This product contains paraffin — petroleum‑based emollients can make clothing, bedding and dressings more flammable; keep away from naked flames, heat sources and cigarettes. Wash fabrics regularly at a high temperature to reduce build‑up.
• Discontinue use and seek advice from a pharmacist or clinician if persistent irritation, redness or rash develops.
• Store below 25 °C, keep tub closed, and keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Warnings:

• Do not apply to broken, infected or acutely inflamed skin without first consulting a clinician.
• Safe for all ages, including infants and during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but discuss with a healthcare professional if unsure.
