Directions:

• Before first use, prime the spray pump according to the pack instructions.

• Expand the spray nozzle towards your mouth and apply 2 sprays directly onto the tongue — no water required.

• Repeat as often as required, up to a maximum of 4 times per day or more frequently in stressful moments, following product labelling.
