Description
Benylin 4 Flu Tablets – 24 Tablets are a multi-symptom cold and flu medicine formulated to relieve four common flu symptoms in one convenient tablet.
The tablets help relieve:
- Fever and raised temperature
- Headache
- Aches and pains
- Blocked or stuffy nose
Benylin 4 Flu combines paracetamol for pain and fever relief with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages. This dual action helps you feel more comfortable and breathe more easily during colds and flu.
Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Benylin 4 Flu Tablets are intended for short-term use.
How to Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take 2 tablets with water.
- Repeat every 4–6 hours as required.
Maximum dose:
- Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
UK pharmacy-aligned guidance:
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
- Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
- If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen, or are severe, seek medical advice.

Warnings & Precautions
- Contains paracetamol. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products.
- Do not use continuously for long periods without medical advice.
Do NOT take this medicine if you:
- Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient.
- Have severe liver or kidney disease.
- Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease.
- Are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them within the last 14 days.
- Are under 12 years of age.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
- Have asthma, diabetes, thyroid problems, glaucoma or prostate problems.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Possible Side Effects
Like all medicines, Benylin 4 Flu can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. These may include:
