Benylin Mucus Cough Tablets – 16 Tablets are an expectorant cough medicine used to provide effective relief from chesty (productive) coughs, where mucus is present.

The tablets contain guaifenesin, a well-established expectorant that works by loosening and thinning mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up and clear from the chest. This helps reduce congestion, ease breathing and relieve discomfort associated with chesty coughs caused by colds.

Benylin Mucus Cough Tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over and are intended for short-term use.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Take 2 tablets, up to four times daily.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

• Swallow tablets with water.
• Space doses evenly throughout the day.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
