BetterYou Vegan Health Daily Oral Spray is a comprehensive nutritional support spray formulated to help fill common nutrient gaps in vegan and vegetarian diets. Delivered via innovative oral spray technology, nutrients bypass the digestive tract and are quickly absorbed through the buccal membrane of the inner cheek for effective nutrient uptake.

This 25 ml spray typically provides ~48 daily doses (at the standard 4 sprays per day) of four key nutrients: vegan vitamin D3, vitamin B12 (both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), iron, and iodine — all chosen for their essential roles in immune health, energy metabolism, formation of red blood cells, cognitive function and thyroid and bone health.

• Shake well before use. For first-time use, prime the spray pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
