Directions:

• Adults and adolescents aged 13 years and over: Shake well before use and spray 1 spray (3000 IU) directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek once daily.

• Press the pump 3 times initially until liquid flows, then spray once daily.

• This spray does not need to be taken with food or water and can be used at any time of day.
