Directions:

• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Prime the spray pump 3 times before first use or if the bottle has not been used for some time.

• Spray 4 times daily into the mouth, aiming at the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds to enhance absorption (4 sprays ≈ 5 mg iron).

• Can be taken at any time of the day; no need to take with food or water.

• Replace the cap after each use.
