Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel Roll-On – 89ml is a topical cooling gel with a convenient rollerball applicator for targeted, hands-on-less application exactly where you need it. It provides cold therapy to help relieve minor aches and pains of muscles and joints, including those associated with arthritis pain, backache, strains and sprains.

How to Use
Always read the label/pack information before use.
Directions
- Adults and children aged 2 years and over: Apply to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times daily.
- Children under 2 years: Consult a doctor before use.
How to apply
- Roll a thin film over the affected area using the roll-on applicator.
- Massage is not necessary (you can gently spread if preferred).
- Rinse hands with cool water after application (and clean the rollerball if needed).
When to get advice
If the condition worsens, or symptoms persist for more than 7 days, stop use and speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings
- For external use only. Use only as directed.
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
- Do not apply to wounds, damaged or irritated skin. Stop use if excessive irritation develops.
- Do not use with heating pads/devices and keep away from excessive heat or open flame.
- Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or liniments on the same area.
- Do not bandage tightly after applying.
Speak to a doctor before use if
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you have sensitive skin.
If swallowed or in eyes
- In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical help immediately.
- If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Store in a cool, dry place with the cap closed tightly. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
