Use this toothpaste as part of your daily oral hygiene routine:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Biotene Dry Mouth Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush gently for 2 minutes, covering all tooth surfaces.
3. Spit out after brushing. Avoid rinsing with water immediately to allow the fluoride to continue protecting enamel.
4. Brush twice daily (morning and night) or as advised by your dentist, dental hygienist or healthcare professional.
