Its penetrating and protective formula delivers fast-acting relief for dry and irritated lip skin exposed to harsh weather, dehydration or cold sore discomfort.
The cream has a soothing and protective action that helps moisturise and condition delicate lip tissue while helping to reduce the irritation associated with cold sores at the first sign of symptoms.

How to Use
Clean lips gently before application if necessary.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to affected areas using clean fingertips or a cotton bud, ensuring even, gentle coverage over cold sore discomfort or dry lip cracks.
• For cold sores: when the first symptoms (such as tingling or itching) appear, apply the cream every hour while awake to help relieve discomfort quickly.
• For chapped or cracked lips: apply frequently throughout the day, especially during exposure to cold, wind or dry conditions.
• Continue regular use until symptoms improve. If there is no improvement after a few days or if symptoms worsen, consult a pharmacist or GP.
• External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest. Rinse thoroughly with water if contact with eyes occurs.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients (w/w):
• Aromatic Ammonia Solution 6.04 % – provides a soothing and penetrating action on dry lip areas.
• Strong Ammonia Solution 0.10 % – supports relief of discomfort.
• Liquefied Phenol 0.494 % – helps relieve pain and irritation associated with cold sores and cracks.
Other Ingredients:
• White Soft Paraffin – protective and moisturising.
• Modified Lanolin – conditioning emollient (may cause contact reactions in some individuals).
• Sorbitan Palmitate, Polysorbate 40 – emulsifying agents.
• Peppermint Oil, Racemic Camphor, Cineole – provide a cooling sensation and soothing effect.
• Sodium Saccharin – flavouring agent.
• Ethanol 96 % and Purified Water – solvent base.
Note: The product contains lanolin which may cause local skin reactions (e.g., contact dermatitis) in sensitive individuals.

• Do not use if allergic to any of the listed ingredients, particularly lanolin.
• Avoid contact with eyes; if the product enters the eye, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Store below 25 °C and keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• If the condition significantly worsens or there are signs of infection (increased redness, heat, swelling, discharge), stop use and consult a healthcare provider promptly.
