Buttercup Cough Mixture Syrup Original – 200 ml is a traditional cough mixture formulated to help relieve dry, tickly and irritating coughs associated with colds and minor throat irritation. Its soothing syrup base works by coating the throat, helping to calm irritation and reduce the urge to cough.

The original formulation is designed for short-term symptomatic relief and is particularly suitable where coughs are non-productive (dry) and caused by throat irritation rather than excess mucus. The pleasant syrup makes it easy to take, especially when cough symptoms are troublesome.

Buttercup Cough Mixture Syrup Original is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over when used as directed.

Adults, the elderly and children aged 12 years and over:

• Take 10 ml, up to four times daily.

• Use the measuring cup provided to ensure accurate dosing.
• The syrup may be taken undiluted.
• Leave at least 3–4 hours between doses.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
