Description
Clear & Simple Digital Pregnancy Test is a self-test urine (hCG) immunoassay designed for home use to help detect pregnancy by measuring the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine.
It provides easy-to-read digital results and delivers a clear outcome in around 5 minutes.
- Accuracy: Over 99% accurate when used from the day your period is due.
- Sensitivity: Detects hCG at 25 mIU/ml, supporting early testing around the time your period is due.
This is an in vitro diagnostic self-test device (not a medicine).
How to Use
Always read the enclosed leaflet before testing.
Before you start
- Check the expiry date and use the test immediately after opening the foil pouch.
- Avoid testing with very diluted urine if possible (for example after drinking lots of fluids).
Option A: Midstream (urine stream)
- Open the sealed pouch and remove the test stick. Take off the cap to expose the absorbent tip.
- Hold the absorbent tip pointing downwards in your urine stream. Do not allow urine to splash onto any part of the stick except the absorbent tip.
- Replace the cap and lay the stick flat with the display facing up.
Option B: Dip method (sample in a container)
- Collect urine into a clean, dry container.
- Dip the whole absorbent tip into the urine (avoid splashing urine onto other parts of the stick).
- An hourglass symbol appears on the display. After about 10 seconds, you will hear a beep and the hourglass will begin to flash while the test runs.
Reading the result
- Read within the time window stated in the leaflet. Digital tests typically display a clear result such as “Pregnant” or “Not Pregnant.”
- If you test early and get a “Not Pregnant” result but your period doesn’t arrive, retest after 48 hours and/or seek advice.
