How to Use
- Use one enema when required.
- Remove the protective cap from the nozzle.
- Gently insert the nozzle into the rectum.
- Squeeze the bottle steadily to empty the contents.
- Withdraw the nozzle and retain the liquid for as long as comfortable, usually a few minutes, before using the toilet.
Do not use more than one enema in a day.

Side Effects & Warnings
- For rectal use only.
- Do not use for more than 3 days in a row.
- Not suitable for chronic constipation without medical advice.
- Do not use if you have bowel obstruction, severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or suspected bowel perforation.
- Consult a pharmacist or GP before use if you have kidney disease, heart problems, dehydration, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Not recommended for children under the age specified on the leaflet without medical advice.
Possible side effects may include abdominal discomfort, cramping or diarrhoea. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe pain, bleeding, or no bowel movement occurs.

If constipation persists, worsens, or is accompanied by unexplained weight loss, rectal bleeding, or persistent abdominal pain, seek medical advice promptly.
