Complan Banana Nutritional Drink Sachets come as a pack of 4 x 55 g servings of chocolate-flavoured drink mix that is fortified with 26 essential vitamins and minerals, energy and protein to help provide the nutrients of a light, balanced meal. Each serving mixed with milk or water supplies a source of calories, protein to help maintain muscle mass, and micronutrients such as vitamin C, zinc and iron to support normal immune function and B-vitamins to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

This gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly formula contains no artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives and can be enjoyed hot or cold as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

Directions:

• Adults & children aged 6 years and over: Use 1 sachet per serving mixed with 200 ml semi-skimmed milk or water (cold or warm) to make a nutritious drink.

• Suggested intake: 1–2 servings per day depending on individual nutritional goals and under guidance of a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist.

Preparation:

1. Pour a small amount of milk or water (cold or warm) into a mug or glass.
2. Add one sachet and whisk or stir to form a smooth paste.
3. Top up with the remaining liquid and stir continuously until fully mixed.

Storage & Serving Advice:

• Once prepared, use within 2 hours. Do not store unfinished drinks for later use.

• Use as a supplement alongside regular meals, not as a sole source of nutrition unless advised by a healthcare professional.

• Thickener: xanthan gum.
