Description
Cow & Gate First Infant Milk Ready to Feed 4 x 200ml is a nutritionally complete breastmilk substitute* suitable from birth. It can be used as the sole source of nutrition from birth when babies are not breastfed, and from 6 months it can be used as part of a mixed weaning diet.
Designed for convenience, this ready-to-feed infant formula comes in 4 individual 200ml bottles (total 800ml) that are easy to use at home or when out and about.

How to Use
Important notice: Breastfeeding is best. Infant milk should only be used on the advice of a doctor, midwife, health visitor, public health nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or other professional responsible for maternal and child care.
Preparation (ready to feed)
- Wash hands thoroughly and ensure all feeding equipment is sterilised.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Pour the required amount into a sterilised feeding bottle.
- Feed at room temperature or warm if desired (check temperature before feeding).
- Follow the preparation instructions and storage advice on pack.
Storage
- Unopened: Store bottles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Once opened: Any unused milk in a 200ml bottle can be stored by replacing the cap, keeping the bottle upright in a refrigerator, and using within 24 hours.
Dental advice
Do not allow prolonged contact of milk with teeth, and ensure your baby’s teeth are cleaned after the last feed at night. Ask your dentist for advice.

Possible side effects
Changes in feeding can sometimes be associated with temporary tummy changes (for example, wind, spit-up, or changes to stool frequency/consistency). These are not usually serious, but if symptoms are persistent or worsening, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
Stop use and seek urgent advice if your baby develops signs of allergy
These may include wheezing, swelling (face/lips/eyes), widespread rash/hives, repeated vomiting, or blood in stools.
