Cuprofen Maximum Strength - 24 Tablets

Cuprofen Maximum Strength – 24 Tablets is a maximum-strength ibuprofen medicine designed to provide effective relief from pain, inflammation and fever.

Each tablet contains ibuprofen 400mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. Cuprofen Maximum Strength is suitable for short-term treatment of:

• Headache and migraine
• Back pain
• Muscular pain and sprains
• Dental pain
• Period pain
• Rheumatic and joint pain
• Fever and symptoms of colds and flu

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Cuprofen Maximum Strength is intended for short-term use only.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Take 1 tablet (400mg) with water.
• If required, take up to three times daily.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 3 tablets (1200mg) in 24 hours.

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Take with or after food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation.
• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.

Warnings & Precautions

Do NOT take this medicine if you:

• Have or have had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding.
• Have severe heart, kidney or liver disease.
• Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
• Are under 12 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

Like all medicines, Cuprofen Maximum Strength can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. These may include:

• Stomach pain, indigestion or nausea
• Headache or dizziness
• Rarely, stomach ulcers or bleeding
• Allergic reactions such as rash or wheezing (rare)

⚠️ Stop taking and seek medical help immediately if you develop signs of stomach bleeding (e.g. black stools, blood in vomit) or a serious allergic reaction.

Storage

• Store below 25°C.
• Keep tablets in the original packaging.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
