Description
Cura-Heat Period Pain – 3 Heat Patches are air-activated adhesive heat patches designed to deliver targeted, penetrating warmth to help ease the aches, cramps and discomfort associated with menstrual pain. Once activated, the patches gradually heat up and can provide up to 12 hours of soothing warmth, which increases circulation, helps relax tense muscles and may reduce stiffness in the lower abdomen or lower back.
These patches are non-medicinal, fragrance-free and discreet, making them suitable for travel, daily wear or use at home. They are typically applied to clothing or underwear over the painful area, delivering therapeutic heat without cords, plugs or batteries.
Key features:
- Up to 12 hours of targeted heat relief for menstrual cramps and discomfort.
- Air-activated adhesive heat patch for convenient pain management.
- Thin and discreet design so patches can be worn under clothing.
- Non-medicinal, drug-free solution that can be used alongside other pain management options.
- Portable and ready to use – no heating device required.
How to Use
Always read the product leaflet before use.
- Open the sachet by hand (do not cut).

- Apply the adhesive side to clothing or underwear over the lower abdomen or area of discomfort.
- Allow air to activate the patch – heat will build gradually, reaching peak warmth in around 30 minutes.
- Wear as directed for up to 12 hours or until the patch stops generating warmth.
- Dispose of the used patch in normal household waste; do not incinerate.
Important: Do not apply directly to skin (patches are designed to be worn over clothing) to avoid the risk of burns.
Ingredients
Active components:
- Iron powder – oxidises to generate heat.
- Activated carbon – stabilises heat production.
- Water – participates in the air-activated heating reaction.
These ingredients react with oxygen when the sachet is opened, producing a sustained warming effect. These patches are non-medicinal and designed for temporary heat therapy rather than drug action.
