Product Overview
A highly moisturising emollient cream to help relieve and protect dry, itchy and sensitive skin, suitable for everyday use in eczema and dermatitis management.
Description
Diprobase Cream 50g is a paraffin-based emollient moisturiser and protective cream formulated to help soothe, smooth and hydrate dry, inflamed, irritated or chapped skin. It helps form a protective barrier to reduce moisture loss from the skin surface, providing relief from symptoms commonly seen with eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and general dry skin.
The cream is light and less greasy than an ointment, making it cosmetically acceptable for daytime use while still delivering effective moisturisation. It can also be used to protect raw skin and applied before bathing to help prevent further drying.
How to Use
Directions:
• Adults and children: Apply a thin layer of Diprobase Cream to the affected areas, gently massaging well into the skin until absorbed.
• Use as often as required, especially after washing, bathing or in dry conditions to help lock in moisture.
• For better barrier support, apply the cream before bathing to protect the skin from excessive dryness.
Important Advice:
• Only use on external skin. Avoid contact with eyes — if the product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• If irritation or rash develops, discontinue use and speak with a doctor or pharmacist.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
• Store below 25 °C in a dry place.
Ingredients
Diprobase Cream is formulated with a blend of emollients and skin conditioners that help maintain and restore skin moisture:
• White Soft Paraffin – forms an occlusive barrier to reduce moisture loss.
• Liquid Paraffin – hydrates and soothes dry skin.
• Cetostearyl Alcohol / Macrogol Cetostearyl Ether – emulsifying agents to provide smooth texture.
• Chlorocresol – antimicrobial preservative.
• Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide, Phosphoric Acid – pH adjusters.
• Purified Water – base of the formulation.
This combination creates a non-steroidal, moisturising cream that helps support the skin’s natural barrier without active medicinal ingredients.
