E45 Cream – 50 g is a clinically proven dermatological emollient cream developed to restore moisture and relieve dry, rough, flaky, chapped or itchy skin. It forms a breathable protective layer on the skin’s surface to help prevent moisture loss, leaving skin soft, comfortable and relieved.

This cream is perfumeless, non-greasy and dermatologically tested, making it suitable for daily use on dry skin conditions including eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis, sunburn, detergent hands and certain dry cases of psoriasis. It can be used by the whole family, including infants over the age of 1 month.

Clean and dry the affected area before application.

• Apply liberally to dry or irritated skin and gently massage until absorbed.
• Use 2 to 3 times daily or as required, particularly after washing or bathing, to help lock in moisture and protect the skin’s natural barrier.
• Suitable for adults, children and infants over 1 month old.

Important: For external use only. Avoid applying near the eyes, mouth, inner nose, genital area or on broken or infected skin. 

Active Ingredients:

• White Soft Paraffin BP 14.5% w/w – helps prevent moisture loss and protects dry skin.
• Light Liquid Paraffin PH EUR 12.6% w/w – emollient that supports deep hydration.
• Anhydrous Lanolin (Medilan®) 1.0% w/w – moisturising and conditioning agent.

This blend creates an effective skin-softening formula without fragrances or unnecessary additives, ideal for sensitive and compromised skin. 

Warnings & Precautions

• For external use only. Do not ingest.
• Avoid application on broken, infected or oozing skin unless directed by a clinician.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Allergy / Sensitivity: Do not use if allergic to any ingredients; preservatives such as methyl and propyl hydroxybenzoate may rarely cause allergic reactions.
• Fire hazard: Paraffin-based emollients can make clothing, bedding and dressings more flammable; keep away from naked flames and heat sources.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding:

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, particularly on large body areas.

Storage:

Store below 25 °C and keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Possible Side Effects

• Local irritation, redness or itching may occur rarely, particularly in very sensitive individuals.
• Allergic contact dermatitis is uncommon but may occur; discontinue use and consult a clinician if severe rash or swelling develops.

If irritation persists, worsens or if signs of infection (e.g., warmth, discharge or spreading redness) develop, seek medical advice promptly.
