How to Use
Blow your nose gently to clear excess mucus before use (if necessary).
• Remove the protective cap.
• Hold the bottle upright with your index and middle fingers on either side of the finger rests and your thumb underneath the bottle.
• Slightly bend your head forward and close one nostril. Insert the tip of the spray into the open nostril.
• Press down the pump quickly and firmly while breathing in gently through the nose.
• Repeat in the other nostril.
• Typically apply 1-2 sprays per nostril several times daily, especially when symptoms are present or before allergen exposure.
• Use regularly during allergy season for best results. Consult the enclosed patient instructions for full guidance.
