Fybogel Fibre Chews Citrus 30 Tablets are chewable soluble fibre tablets designed to help gently relieve constipation and support regular bowel movements as part of everyday digestive health. Each tablet contains Fibersol®-2 soluble fibre, a gentle bulk-forming ingredient that retains water in the stool and helps add bulk, making stools softer and easier to pass. The formulation works with the body’s natural digestive processes to ease symptoms of mild constipation and help maintain regularity when used as directed.

The product is marked as a medical device in the UK to help manage constipation symptoms and support daily digestive wellbeing. It is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over when taken according to instructions. 

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Take up to 3 tablets in the morning and up to 3 tablets in the evening – a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
• The tablets can be chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth and then swallowed.
• After taking the tablets, you may drink water or other drinks (e.g. fruit juice).
• Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
• For best effect, use regularly as directed.
• If symptoms persist after at least 7 days of use, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Important:

• Use as part of a balanced diet and ensure adequate hydration to support fibre function.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years of age unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Each chewable tablet contains the following key components:

• Fibersol®-2 soluble fibre (1 g/tablet) – a form of soluble dietary fibre that helps retain water in the stool and support regularity.
• Sorbitol – sweetness and moisture regulator.
• Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids – formulation excipient.
• Hydroxypropyl cellulose – binder.
• Magnesium stearate – anti-caking agent.

• Corn starch – tablet base.

• Sucralose & acesulfame potassium – sweeteners.

Possible Side Effects
