Premier Gauze Swabs 12 Ply (10cm x 10cm) are soft, highly absorbent cotton gauze swabs manufactured to BP Type 13 standards, designed for everyday clinical and first-aid tasks where a reliable, low-lint swab is needed.

- Skin cleansing before/after procedures (non-invasive use)
- Wiping and absorbing fluids (e.g., exudate) as part of dressing changes
- Wound padding/protection as a secondary layer (e.g., under bandages)

How to Use
For external use only. Single use.
Skin cleansing / wiping
- Wash hands and prepare a clean area.
- If using a cleansing solution (e.g., saline), moisten the swab as required.
- Gently wipe the area; use light pressure and avoid rubbing broken skin.
- Discard after use.
Padding / protection
- Place the swab over the area needing cushioning or as a secondary absorbent layer.
- Secure with appropriate fixation (tape, bandage or dressing retention).
- Replace if the swab becomes wet through, soiled, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Important: These are non-sterile swabs. For open, fresh, or surgical wounds, use sterile swabs/dressings unless a clinician has advised otherwise.

Side Effects & Warnings
- Non-sterile product: not intended to be placed directly into deep wounds or used for invasive procedures. For open wounds, select sterile swabs.
- Single use only: do not re-use to reduce infection risk.
- Stop use and seek advice if you notice worsening redness, pain, swelling, heat, discharge/pus, fever, or if the wound is not improving.
- If you have known sensitivities, discontinue if skin irritation or rash occurs.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the pack sealed to maintain cleanliness.
