Gaviscon Tablets Peppermint - 24 Tablets

Gaviscon Peppermint Tablets 24 are chewable antacid tablets formulated to deliver fast, soothing and long-lasting relief from symptoms of excess stomach acid such as heartburn, acid reflux and indigestion. These tablets belong to a group of medicines called reflux suppressants, which work by forming a protective layer (“raft”) on top of stomach contents. This barrier helps prevent stomach acid from escaping up the food pipe where it can irritate the oesophagus and cause burning discomfort.

The refreshing peppermint flavour makes these tablets pleasant and easy to take without water, ideal for use after meals or whenever symptoms occur. Gaviscon is a well-established UK brand with decades of over-the-counter digestive relief experience. 

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
• When symptoms occur, take 2–4 tablets after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day.

• Calcium carbonate 80 mg – antacid to neutralise acid and ease discomfort.

• Copovidone – binder.
• Aspartame (E951) (contains phenylalanine) – sweetener.
