Intended Use: Self-monitoring of blood glucose level with compatible GlucoRx Nexus meters. 

1. Prepare the meter and hands: Wash your hands with warm water and dry thoroughly to reduce contamination and ensure reliable readings.
2. Insert test strip: Open the vial and remove a GlucoRx Nexus strip. Insert it fully into the compatible Nexus metre; the device will prompt you when ready for a sample.
3. Obtain sample: Use a sterile lancing device to get a fresh capillary whole blood drop.
4. Apply blood: Touch the edge of the strip’s sampling area to the blood drop; capillary action will draw it into the reaction zone.
5. Read result: In a few seconds, the metre will display your blood glucose result.
6. Record & act: Log the result as part of your diabetes care plan, and follow guidance from your healthcare professional if values are outside target range.
7. Dispose: Discard the used strip in a sharps or clinical waste container. Close the vial lid immediately after removing a strip to help protect remaining strips from moisture and contamination.
