Description
Healthpoint Freeze Spray 125ml is a fast-acting cold therapy aerosol designed to provide an instant cooling sensation on the skin, helping to calm discomfort after minor sports injuries and everyday knocks. It’s commonly used for sprains, strains, bruises and muscle aches, especially after physical activity when you want quick, on-the-spot cooling without needing ice or refrigeration.
Key benefits
- Instant cooling for quick, targeted cold therapy
- Handy 125ml size for gym bags and first aid kits
- Useful after sport/exercise for muscle and joint discomfort
How to Use
Follow the instructions on the can.
Typical use (general guidance for freeze sprays):
- Use on intact skin only.
- Hold the can upright and spray briefly onto the affected area from a short distance, keeping the spray moving (avoid prolonged spraying on one spot).
- Allow the area to warm naturally. Reapply only if needed and tolerated.
For sprains/strains (first aid tip): cooling is usually most helpful soon after the injury, alongside rest and gentle support. If pain is severe, swelling is significant, you can’t weight-bear, or symptoms don’t improve, seek medical advice.
