Description
Healthpoint HeatAid Heat Pads are air-activated, self-heating pads that deliver targeted warming relief for up to 12 hours to help ease everyday discomfort such as muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, backache, period pains, strains and sprains.
Designed for convenience, each pad warms gradually once opened and exposed to air, then provides long-lasting heat that can be worn discreetly under clothing. The adhesive backing is made to stick to clothing next to the affected area for comfortable, hands-free use.

How to Use
Follow the directions on the pack.
- Open 1 sachet only when ready to use and expose the pad to air to activate.
- Peel off the protective backing.
- Stick the adhesive side to clothing next to the affected area.
- Do not apply directly to skin. Ensure there is a layer of clothing between the pad and your skin.
- Allow 30–45 minutes to reach maximum heat.
- Use for up to 12 hours in any 24-hour period.

Side Effects & Warnings
- Heat pads can cause burns even at low temperatures if used incorrectly.
- Do not apply directly to skin. Always keep a layer of clothing between pad and skin.
- Allow air to circulate over the pad and do not apply pressure by lying or sitting on it.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- If the pad becomes uncomfortably hot, remove immediately.
- Do not use on bruised, broken or irritated skin, or over areas of redness/inflammation.
- Do not use in conjunction with creams/lotions or other heat sources. Do not microwave. Single-use only.
- Not suitable for infants and children. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If a rash develops, stop use.
- Seek medical advice before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
- If contents come into contact with eyes/skin, rinse with water.
