Description
HydraMed® Eye Drops Forte 0.4% are designed to provide intensive, long-lasting lubrication for people suffering from moderate to severe dry eye symptoms. The higher-strength formulation contains sodium hyaluronate 0.4%, helping to stabilise the tear film and protect the surface of the eye.
Supplied in single-dose preservative-free vials, HydraMed Forte is particularly suitable for sensitive eyes, frequent use, and individuals who cannot tolerate preservatives. It may also be used by contact lens wearers, helping to relieve discomfort associated with prolonged lens use.

How to Use

Directions for use
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Twist open a single-dose vial.
- Instil 1–2 drops into each affected eye.
- Use as required, up to several times daily.
