Lamberts - Vitamin C - Ascorbic Acid - 250g

Lamberts Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid Powder 250g is a fine, fast-dissolving soluble powder and an economical way to supplement vitamin C. It has a refreshing sharp taste (similar to citrus fruit acids) and is especially suited to mixing into water, fruit juices or squashes.

Vitamin C contributes to:

• Normal function of the immune system and collagen formation for normal function of skin and gums
• Reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Protection of cells from oxidative stress

Per serving: 1/4 teaspoon (1g) provides Vitamin C 1000mg. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Measure guide: 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram (1000mg vitamin C). Mix into a drink and consume.

Adults: Take 1 to 2 grams daily.

Children aged 10 years and over: Take 1/8 teaspoon (500mg) daily.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
