Product Overview
Liquid Paraffin Oral Solution - 150 ml is a colourless oily liquid used for the temporary relief of constipation in adults and children up to 3 years of age
Description
Liquid Paraffin Oral Solution 150ml is a lubricant laxative used for the short-term relief of occasional constipation, particularly where stools are hard, dry or difficult to pass.
Liquid paraffin works by coating and softening the stool, helping it move more easily through the bowel without stimulating bowel contractions. This makes it especially useful for individuals who should avoid straining, such as after surgery, during periods of reduced mobility, or when constipation is associated with painful bowel movements.
The liquid formulation allows flexible dosing and is suitable for adults and children when used as directed. Liquid paraffin is intended for occasional use only and should not be used long term without medical advice.
Key features:
- Short-term relief of constipation
