Description
Maloff Protect 250mg/100mg – 24 Tablets is a pharmacy-only antimalarial medicine containing a combination of chloroquine phosphate and proguanil hydrochloride. This dual-action therapy is used for the prevention and treatment of malaria in areas where the malaria parasite remains sensitive to this combination.
Maloff Protect works by killing malaria parasites in the blood. When taken correctly, it helps reduce the risk of developing malaria during travel and can also be used to treat certain types of malaria, in line with current medical guidance.
This medicine is suitable for adults and children, with dosing based on age and body weight. It should always be used following pharmacist or medical advice, as malaria risk and resistance patterns vary by destination.
