Product Overview
Single 260ml MAM Easy Start Anti-Colic baby bottle with vented base to reduce air intake, SkinSoft™ silicone teat, and a self-sterilising design for quick microwave sterilisation.
Description
MAM Easy Start Anti-Colic Bottle (Single Pack) is designed to support calmer feeds by helping to reduce air intake. The bottle’s anti-colic vented base helps prevent air bubbles forming in the milk, supporting an even drinking flow and potentially reducing colic-type discomfort.
This bottle includes MAM’s SkinSoft™ silicone teat with a flat shape designed to feel familiar to babies and support an easier switch between breast and bottle. Market research reports 94% teat acceptance.
Key features
- Anti-colic vented base designed to help reduce swallowed air
- SkinSoft™ silicone teat with 94% acceptance (market research)
- Self-sterilising function for convenient microwave sterilisation (no separate steriliser needed)

Side Effects & Warnings
Important warnings
- Use with adult supervision.
- Do not pour boiling water into the bottle.
- Never prepare a bottle while holding a baby or with a baby present (burn/scald risk).
- After microwave self-sterilising, items may be hot. Take care when handling and allow adequate cooling time.
- Ensure microwave and bottle parts are completely clean before self-sterilising; contamination (e.g., grease/food residue) may cause damage or sparking.
- Check the teat and parts frequently and replace at the first sign of damage or weakness.
Dental advice
Frequent or prolonged contact of milk drinks with teeth can increase the risk of tooth decay. Avoid leaving a child to feed continuously and follow oral hygiene advice for your child’s age.
Side effects
The bottle itself is not expected to cause side effects when used as directed. Most problems relate to incorrect assembly, damaged components, or feeds that are too hot. If your baby shows signs of distress during or after feeds (e.g., persistent vomiting, rash, wheeze, swelling, or breathing difficulty), seek urgent medical advice.
