Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon - 10 Sachets

Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon – 10 Sachets is a maximum-strength cold and flu remedy designed to provide effective relief from multiple symptoms in one convenient hot drink.

Each sachet contains a powerful combination of paracetamol for pain relief and fever reduction, and phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that helps relieve a blocked or stuffy nose. When mixed with hot water, it forms a soothing lemon-flavoured drink that provides comfort while helping you feel better.

Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon helps relieve:

• Fever
• Headache
• Body aches and pains
• Sore throat
• Nasal and sinus congestion

Suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over, this product is intended for short-term use.

Adults and young people aged 16 years and over:

• Empty the contents of 1 sachet into a mug.
• Add hot (not boiling) water.
• Stir until dissolved and drink while warm.

Dose:

• Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as required.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.

UK pharmacy-aligned guidance:

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing medicines.
• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen, or are accompanied by severe symptoms, seek medical advice.

Warnings & Precautions

• Contains paracetamol. Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.

Do NOT take this medicine if you:

• Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient.
• Have severe liver or kidney disease.
• Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease.
• Are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them within the last 14 days.
