How to Use
Prepare the rinse solution: Fill the irrigation bottle with lukewarm distilled water, previously boiled and cooled water, or sterile water. Avoid unboiled tap water.
• Add one sachet: Open one saline packet and pour the contents into the bottle; tighten the cap and tube, and shake until dissolved.
• Position yourself: Stand in front of a sink, lean slightly forward and tilt your head downward and to one side.
• Irrigate: Place the bottle tip snugly against one nostril and gently squeeze to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passage and out the opposite nostril.
• Blow gently: After one side is rinsed, gently blow your nose to clear residual solution, then repeat on the other side.
• Frequency: Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by a clinician or pharmacist.
• Clean the equipment: After each use, rinse the bottle, cap and tube with clean water and air-dry thoroughly.
• Always read and follow the leaflet provided for full instructions and safety details.
