Oilatum Cream - 500ml

Oilatum® Cream 500ml is a rich, fragrance-free emollient moisturiser formulated to help relieve and manage dry, itchy and eczema-prone skin. It is suitable for a wide range of dry skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and ichthyosis, as well as everyday dryness caused by frequent washing, environmental factors or ageing skin.

Oilatum® Cream works by hydrating the skin and forming a protective barrier on the skin’s surface. This helps to reduce moisture loss, improve skin softness and restore comfort. With regular use, it can help soothe itching, reduce irritation and support the skin’s natural barrier function.

The cream is suitable for use on both the face and body and can be used by adults, children and infants, including those with sensitive or eczema-prone skin. The large 500ml pack is ideal for long-term daily use and family skincare routines.

As a leave-on moisturiser:

• Apply generously to the affected areas.
• Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as required.

As part of a skincare routine:

• Apply after bathing or washing, while the skin is still slightly damp, to help lock in moisture.
• Smooth gently into the skin; avoid vigorous rubbing.

Oilatum® Cream can be used regularly and alongside other prescribed or recommended treatments, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water.

light liquid paraffin 6.0% w/w, white soft paraffin 15.0% w/w

Other ingredients:

Macrogol 1000 Monostearate, Cetostearyl Alcohol*, Glycerol, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Alcohol (0.5%w/w)*, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Povidone, Purified Water. *May cause allergic/local skin reactions or irritation (e.g. contact dermatitis)

Warnings:

Avoid using this product

• if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
• If an adult uses this product whilst breast-feeding, wash all traces prior to feeding.
• Do not smoke or go near naked flames - risk of severe burns.
• Fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) that has been in contact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard.
• Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it.

• If skin irritation, redness or itching occurs or worsens, discontinue use and seek advice from a pharmacist or GP.

Possible side effects are uncommon but may include mild skin irritation, particularly on very sensitive or broken skin.
