Description
Olbas Oil – 30ml is a traditional decongestant inhalant oil used to help relieve blocked nose, sinus congestion and catarrh associated with colds and flu.
The concentrated formulation contains a blend of pure essential oils that release aromatic vapours when inhaled. These vapours provide a cooling, soothing sensation in the nasal passages, helping you feel like you are breathing more freely and easing the discomfort of congestion.
Olbas Oil can be used by steam inhalation or applied to bedding or clothing to release vapours gradually, making it suitable for day or night use. The larger 30ml bottle is ideal for family use or for those who use Olbas Oil regularly.
Suitable for adults and children aged 3 months and over, when used as directed.
How to Use
Steam Inhalation
Adults and children aged 6 years and over:
- Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.
- Inhale the vapours for 5–10 minutes.
Vapour Release for Young Children
Children aged 3 months to 5 years:
- Add 1–2 drops to clothing, bedding or a tissue placed nearby (not directly on the skin).

- Do not apply directly to the nostrils or face.
- Do not exceed the recommended amount.
