Directions for use

1. Begin by breaking off a piece of tape that is roughly 45 cm in length.
2. Hold the tape between your thumbs and forefingers, leaving about 10 cm of tape in between.
3. Gently slide the tape between your teeth, using a back-and-forth motion to remove any plaque or debris.
4. When you reach your gum line, curve the tape into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between your tooth and gum.
5. Once the tape is beneath your gum line, gently move it up and down to remove any plaque or debris that may have accumulated there.
6. Use a fresh section of tape as you move from tooth to tooth, and be sure to use a clean section of tape for each tooth to avoid spreading bacteria.
7. As you move along your teeth, be sure to also tape the backs of your last molars, as these are often neglected and can harbor a lot of bacteria.
8. Once you have finished taping, rinse your mouth out with water or mouthwash to help remove any remaining debris.
