Choose the right size: Size 7 is for 15kg+ (weight guide on pack).

Open the nappy and position under your child, ensuring the back is sitting high enough to support the waistband and pocket area.

Fasten the tabs so the nappy feels snug but not tight. Check leg cuffs are pulled outwards to help reduce leaks.

Change regularly and whenever soiled.

Disposal: roll up the nappy, secure with the tabs and dispose of in a bin.
