1. Prepare: Wash and dry your hands. Have wipes/cotton wool and barrier cream ready if needed.
2. Fit the nappy:

• Lay baby on a safe changing surface.
• Slide the nappy under baby with the back waistband at waist level.
• Bring the front up between the legs.
• Fasten the tabs so the nappy is snug but not tight (you should be able to fit two fingers under the waistband).

1. Check for leaks: Ensure the leg cuffs are turned outwards all the way around.
2. Change regularly: Change as soon as it is wet/soiled and at regular intervals, including before/after feeds and before sleep.
3. Disposal: Wrap the used nappy, seal in a bag if desired, and dispose of it in household waste. Do not flush.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
