Directions for use

1. Ensure hands are clean and dry.
2. Roll the earplug between fingers to compress into a thin cylinder.
3. Gently pull the ear upwards and backwards.
4. Insert the compressed earplug into the ear canal.
5. Hold in place for a few seconds while it expands.

Removal

• Remove slowly by gently twisting and pulling outward.

• Reusable for a limited period; replace when dirty or damaged.
• Not intended for use while swimming.
